Theme : Center Barre (Ⅲ, Ⅳ)
Goal : To improve the performance skills of all Ballet dancers.

Contents (Ⅲ, Ⅳ) :
- Fluid Exercises for warm-up
- Unconscious (sub-conscious) movements for warm-up
- How to Fondus, Retiré, & Developpé
- How to Rond de jambe à terre & en l’air (en dehors & en dedans)
- How to jump?
- How to turn? (Where to rotate your neck?)
Guidelines

- Do optimal breathing. - Release unnecessary tension. - Find your plumb line. (ideal alignment) - Push the floor away.* (feel grounded) - Find your lumbar curve and cervical curve. - Pull apart the sitting bones in plié.* - Do lateral shift first before you transfer your weight. - Walk by psoas muscles. - Jump with the spine.* - Dynamic stretch before class. - Static stretch after class. - Enjoy ‘Dancing’ | - Copy your teacher.* - Compete with others. - See only your feet.* - Grip your buttock muscles. - Try East-West(180°) turn-out.* - Turn-out in frog position.* - Force & Bounce when you stretch. - Push the heels even more forward in plié.* - Twist your pelvis when you do arabesque. - Die Hard! |
