  • - Copy your teacher.*

  • - Push the heels even more forward in plié.*

Erroneous Verbal Cues
  • - Hold your breath.
  • - Tighten your buttocks.*
  • - Tuck under.
  • - Hold your tummy in.*

  • - Turn-out your feet.
  • - Turn-out your Knees.
  • - Put your leg straight to the side.*
  • - Put your arms straight to the side.*
